This is a template tap file made in Fusion 360 for a CNC machine to convert the Rear upper shock mount for a 67-72 two wheel drive F250 Camper Special or a 74-77 Four wheel frive F 250 to a 67 -72 Ford F-250 4x4 divorced config rear upper shock mount.

Apparenlty these are hard to find - so I had to convert one and I made this template to adapt.
